At InstaScent, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our refund policy below to understand your options in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Fragrance Decants and Full Bottles
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales of fragrance decants and full bottles are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened products.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request a photo of the item and packaging to assess the issue.
If approved, we will offer one of the following remedies:

A replacement of the same item (if available)

A store credit for the value of the damaged item

A refund to your original payment method
Vending Machine Inquiries
Refunds are not applicable to vending machine interest forms or informational inquiries. If you enter into a formal agreement to lease or purchase a vending machine, a separate agreement with specific terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund provisions, will apply.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@instascent.com as soon as possible.
