Thank you for shopping with InstaScent. We aim to process and deliver your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and more.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is available within the United States. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Providers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship internationally. Additionally, due to carrier regulations, some fragrance products may not be eligible for expedited shipping options.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
